CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PG&E TO
INSTALL FACILITIES OR PERFORM OTHER WORK
{SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-SAN BRUNO WATER QLALITY CONTROL PLANT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Approval of Agreement.
The Agreement entitled "Pacific Gas and Electric Company Agreement to
Install Facilities or Perform Other Work" between the City of South San Francisco
and Pacific Gas and Electric Company to relocate an existing overhead distribution
line, is hereby approved, and a copy of said Agreement is attached hereto as
Exhibit "1."
2. Execution of Agreement.
The City Manager is hereby authorize¢ to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of May , 1986 , by the following

hereimifter called Applicant, has requested Pacific Gas and Electric Company, hereinafter called PGandE, to
perform the work described below at or near Belle Air Road, South San Francisco
County of San Mateo , State of California.
PGandE will perform the work and furnish all necessary labor, appliances, materials and facilities re-
quired, subject to the following conditions:
1. The required work shall be as follows:
(Describe in detail the materials and facilities to be furnished and/or work to be done. For each facility installed, specifically indicate
whether ownership shall vest in PGandE or Applicant upon completion of work. If more space is required use other side and
attach any necessary drawings.)
Applicant has requested PGandE to relocate an existing overhead distribution
line serving the South San Francisco sewage treatment plant.
Applicant agrees to pay PGandE $16,780 for work to be performed.
Upon completion of work ownership of all facilities shall vest with PGandE.
2. Whenever part or all of the required work is to be furnished or performed upon property other than
that of Applicant, Applicant shall first procure from the owners thereof all rights of way and/or permits
necessary in a form satisfactory to PGandE and without cost to it.
3. Applicant shall immediately, upon demand and prior to construction I~y PGandE, pay to PGandE
as the complete contract price the sum of Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty and 00/100"
dollars ($ 16,780.00 ).
