A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO POLICE DEPT.
HVAC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. PB-85-3

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that: ,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previouS authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, iexamined and declared on the
3rd day of June, 1986, for THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO POLICE DEPT. HVAC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. PB-85-3,
BID NO. 1721.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED A~ FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council doesi hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
N. V. HEATHORN, INC., OF OAKLAND for the bid price of THIRTY-SIX
THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS
($36,481.00) .
2. That the City Manager of s~id City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written c~ntract with said successful
bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix there, to the corporate seal of the
City. ,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a r~.gu]ar meeting held on the ]]th day of
June , 1986, by the following lvote.
