CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
AGREEMENT FOR RICHARD DIODATI, E. I. DuPONT
DeNEMOURS AND CO. PARCEL MAP AN~ RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t~e City of South San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the mad enl;il;led "E. I. DUpontlDeNemours and Co. Parcl Map, being
a Subdivision of the Lands of E. I. DuPont ~eNemours and Company, a Delaware
Corporal:ion, kyin§ Within the City of Sou~:n ISan Francisco, San Mateo Co.,
California," has been approved by t}~e Plannilng Commission as conforming 1;o the
l'enta~:~ve Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the lental:ivel Parcel MaD recluired execution of
an Agreement for Subdivision Improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:

(b) Execution of ~he Agreemen~ entitled "An Agreement to Restrict the
Use of Real Property" is hereby authorized aid the City Manager is authorized
to sign the Agreement for the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
2. Acceptance of Dedications. lhe dedications to Dublic use ~hose Dortions
of South Linden Avenue, Dollar Avenue and Tanforan Avenue as shown upon said map
within said subdivision, as Street and Highwa~ Easements are hereby accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized to execute the City Clerk's acceptance therefor.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or
cause recordation of the Agreement and Parc'~l. Map concurrently in the official
records of the County of San Mateo. i
4. Copies of Recorded Documents. A co?y of the recorded parcel map amd
Agreement to Restrict the Use of Ral Property shall be filed in each of the
following offices for reference: {1) City'Clerk, {2) Planning Division and
(3) Engineering Division. A copy of the Su~
