WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and decliared on the 30th day of

NOW, THE~FORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, STEWART CHEVROLET CO., 780 SERRAMONTE BLVD.
COLMA, CA 94014

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said Successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of theiCity of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of January , 19 86 ,
