A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
HICKEY/SERRA:LANDSCAPE PROJECT
PROJECT NO'. PR-85-5, BID NO. 1705
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that: )
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 14th day of
January , 19 86 , for
HICKEY/SERRA LANDSCAPE PROJECT - PROJECT NO. PR-85-5
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
'1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and ~ereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Louis FOrnaciari Company of South San Francisco
for the bid price of Fifty Four Thousand One qundred Sixty Dollar~
($ 54.160.00 )-
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a reqular meeting held on the 22nd day of January' ,'19 86 ,
