A.RESOLUTION OF AWARO OF CONTRACT
BRENTWOOD PARK-- ZAMORA COURT PLAYLOT
LIGHTING PROJECT-
PROJECT NO. PR-85-3, BID NO; 1696
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 6th day of
January , 19 86 , for '
BRENTWOOD PARK - ZAMORA COURT PLAYLOT iLIGHTING PROJECT
PROJECT NO. PR-85-3, BID NO. 1696
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OROERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Englehart Electric of Belmont. California
'fOr the bid price of
($ 44.910.00 ).
Forty Four Thousand Nipe~ Hundred Ten Dollars
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City'is hereby directed to attes)t his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the C)ity of South ~an Francisco at
