A RESOLUTION OF AWARD! OF CONTRACT
FOR FAIRWAY & WEST ORANGE AVE. SANITARY SEWER
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT!NO. SS-83-7
AND LINDEN AVE. & HILLSIDE]BLVD. STORM DRAIN
PROJECT NO. SD-85-2; BID NO. 1701
BE IT RESOLVED by the City CounCil of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
13th day of January , 1986, for
FAIRWAY & WEST ORANGE AVE. S~NITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT NO. SS-83-7 AND LINDEN AVE. & HILLSIDE BLVD. STORM DRAIN
PROJECT NO. SD-85-2; BID NO. 1701 ~
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED ASI FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Darcy & Harty Construction
for the b±d pr±ce of Fourty eight thousa and nine hundred dollars
and no cents
($ 48,900.00 ) ·
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written co:~tract with said successful
bidder and the City Clerk of said iCity is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City COuncil of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meetihg held on the 22nd day of
January , 1986, by the following Vote.
