HOSPITAL AND MACY'S WAREHOUSE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o~ the City of South San Fracisco as fol 1 ows: 1. Notice is hereby given that Wednesday _, the 26th day of February 19 86 , at 7:30 pm., which time is not less than fifteen (15) days from the date of passage of this Resolul.ion, in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive~ South San Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when ar'id where all persons interested in, or having objections to, the proposed vacation of a Highway Easen~nt adjacent to and easterly of, E1 Camino Real Between Kaiselr Hospital and Macy's Warehouse as hereinafter described, may appear before ~aid Council and be heard. 2. A copy of this Resolution shall ~e published for at least two (2) successive weeks prior to the hearing date i~ the Enterprise-Journal, a news- paper of general circulation printed and publlished in said City in the manner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances lin said City. 3. Notices of the vacation, stating !the passage of the Resolution of Intention and the time and place of hearing shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the street, or part thereofl, proposed to be vacated at least two (2) weeks before the date set for the heairing and not less than three (3) notices shall be posted. : 4. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council to vacate a Highway Easementladjacent to, and easterly of, E1 Camino Real between Kaiser ~ospital and Macy'S Warehouse as shown on the map entitled Plat of Portion of E1 Camino Real Right of Way to be Abandoned, South San Francisco, Califolrnia." which is on file in the office of the City C)erk, and which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
