4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
None.
5. Closed Session: Conference with Legal Counsel — Anticipated Litigation
Significant Exposure to Litigation: One Case.
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)
Closed Session opened: 8:43 p.m.
Open Session resumed: 9:00 p.m.
Report out of closed session by Chairman Mullin: The Agency approved a
settlement agreement with Overaa Construction by a 5 -0 vote.
6. Adjournment.
