BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
wHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorfzation and published notice,
day of
BRENTWOOD/BURI BURI PARKS PATHWAY - PROJECT NO. PR-82-4/PR-83-3
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FoLLows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Esquivel Gradinq and Pavinq. ~nc. of
700 Gilman Avenue, San Francisco, California ~
for the bid price of Thirty Six Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Dollars
($ 36,612.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said Ci-j is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said s~ccessful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
