A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
BASIN 9 SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. SS-83-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly.lopened', examined and declared on the 3rd day of
S~ptember' , 1985 , for
THE BASIN 9 SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. SS-83-2
NOWj THEREFORE', IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1~ That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned~ and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder' Ran~er Pipelines~ Inc. of San Francisco
-fOr the bid price of Nint¥-Eight Thousand, Th%ee Hundred Thirty-Five Doilars
and no cents.- ..... ~ ....

2J That the City Manager of said C~ity is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said Successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal'of the City~
