A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Of the City of South San Francisco
that: '
WHEREAS'~ pursuant to previous authorization and published notice~
bids were publicly..opened', examined and declared on the 4th day of

NOW'j THEREFORE', IT IS ORDERED AS FOELOWS:
1~ That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned~ and )ereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder~ GOLDEN,STATE PIPELINE. OF I~¥WABJ)

and No. Cents~

and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
