A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ONE (1) LOADER/BACKHOE TRUCK w/FRONT LOADER BUCKET

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of
September , 19 85 , for
ONE (1) LOADER/BACKHOE TRUCK W/FRONT LOADER BUCKET
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Case Power & Equipment,
13880 Catalina'St., San Leandro, CA 94577
for the bid price of FORTY THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR. and 86/100.

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
