A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
INFLUENT PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. WTP-83-2
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, .examined and declared on the 13th day of
September , 1985 , for
'INFLUENT PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. WTP-83-2
'NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals pr
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Monterey Mechanical Co.~p~ny nf Oakland _
for the bid price of Thre~ Hundred Fortv-Ei~ht Thousand Dnll~rs and NO
($348,ooo.oo ). -

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
