CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM UTAH
INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF THE RAILROAD/MAGNOLIA AVENUE INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, Utah International has executed a Quitclaim Deed conveying certain
real property located South of the Railroad/Magnolia Avenue intersection to the
City of South San Francisco at no cost to the City; and
WHEREAS, this property will provide an access driveway for employee parking,
landscaping and emergency access to the new City Corporation Yard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. Acceptance of Quitclaim Deed.
The Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "1," is hereby accepted.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of the Quitclaim
Deed in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Document.
A copy of the recorded Quitclaim Deed shall be filed in each of the
following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Deputy City Manager/City
Engineer and (3) Planning Department.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of September , 1985, by the following

TRANSPORTATION COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DEED FROM THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY TO THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC
COMPANY DATED SEPTEMBER 21, 1893, RECORDED DECEMBER 1, 1893 AT BOOK 67
OF DEEDS AT PAGE 21, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAN MATEO COUNTY, MORE PARTICU-

Magnolia Avenue with the northerly right-of-way line of Railroad

Point of Beginning. Thence leaving said true point of beginning,
