CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR ONE (1) STREET FLUSHER/WATER WAGON
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 15th day of
October , 19 85., for
ONE (1) STREET FLUSHER/WATER WAGON
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, RICKER MACHINERY.COMPANY, 909 - 7TH STREET,
OAKLAND, CA 94607
for the bid price of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ?OR)¥ IWD AND IU/IUU uOLLARS
($ 55,742.10 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting-hel~ on the-23rd day of October , 19 85 ,
