A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK SWIM POOL
RESURFACING PROJECT
PROJECT NO. PR-85-2, BID #1692
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened examined and declared on the 11th day of
October , 19 85 ' , for
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK SWIM POOL RESURFACING PROJECT
PROJECT NO. PR-85-2 .
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, O'Dell Pool Finishinq, Inc. of Mountain View.
California
for the bid price of Ihirty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five Dollars
· ($ 37,775.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of October , 1985 ,
by the following vote: -
