CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-
SAN BRUNO WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT FLOW
METERING EQUIPMENT FOR INFLUENT LINES -
PROJECT NO. WTP-85-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 13thday of
September , 1985 , for the Purchase of South San Francisco -
San Bruno Water Quality Control Plant Flow Metering Equipment for Influent
Lines - Project No. WTP-85-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Fisher & Porter Co., care of Seco Control System
of Concord, CA
for the bid price of Sixteen Thousand, Two Hundred Ninty-Four Dollars and
Fifty Cents.
($16,294.50 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of October , 19 85 ,
by the following vote:
