A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR ONE (1) DUMP TRUCK 46000 GVW
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 28thday of
October , 19 85 , for
ONE (1) DUMP TRUCK 46000 GVW
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, ~MC TRUCK ~ COACH OPERATION, 8099 SOUTH COLLISEUM WAY,
OAKLAND. CA 96623
for the bid price of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINE)Y )HREE AND bU/)UO DOLLARS

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the13th day of November , 19 85 ,
by the following vote:
