HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 121-1985 RESOLUTION NOJ 121-85 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. g TO LOCAL AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5177 (FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. Approval of Supplement. Approval of Supplement No. 9 to the Local Agency State Agreement No. 04-5177 between the City of South San Francisco and the State of California Department of Transportation entitled "Program of Local Agency Federal-Aid Urban System Projects in the City of South San Francisco" is hereby approved, and a copy of said Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit "1." 2. Execution of Supplement. The Mayor is authorized to execute said Supplement No~ 9 on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adj. reqular meeting held on the 19th day of June , 1985, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Councilmembers Mark N. All Maintenance, involving the physical condition and the operation of the improvements, referred to in Article VI MAINTENANCE of the aforementioned Master Agreement will be per- formed by the Local Agency at regular intervals or as required for efficient operation of the completed improvements. DLA-411B (11/81) EXHIBIT B Page 2 May 23, 1985 The Local Agency will advertise, award, and administer this project. The Local Agency will obtain State's concurrence prior to either award or rejection of contract. The Local Agency will reimburse the State for their share of costs for work requested to be performed by the State. The Local Agency agrees the payment of Federal funds will be limited to the Detail Estimate amounts approved by the Federal Highway Administration in the Federal-Aid Agreement (PR-2), or its modification (PR-2A), and accepts any increases in Exchange Funds, State Matching Funds, and/or Local Agency Funds as shown on the Finance or Bid L-etter or its modification as prepared by the Office of Local Assistance. In executing this Program Supplemental Agreement, the Local Agency hereby reaffirms the "Nondiscrimination Assurances" for Federal-Aid Programs contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement.
