A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
for ONE (1) ASPHALT PAVING BOX
BID #1669 -
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17tk day of
JUNE , 19 85 , for
ONE (1) ASPHALT PAVING BOX
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, NIXON-EGLI EgUIPMENT CO., 24701 CLAWITER RD.,
HAYWARD, CA. 94545
for the bid price of
DOLLARS.
($ 15,868.50 ).
-'FIFTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT AND 50/100
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the lOth day of July , 19 85 ,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addi~go, Richard A' Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos;
