ARESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
PRODUCE AVENUE WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. ST-83-5
BE IT RESOLVED.by the City'Council of the City of SoUth San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to'previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 25th day of
June , 1485 , for
PRODUCE AVENUE WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. ST,83-5
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS~FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids exceptthat hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest resPonsible bidder, O'Grady Paving, .Inc. of Mountain View
for the bid' price of' Thr6e Hundred One ThousJnd. Six Hundred Fight~ TWn poilars
and Fourty Cents.

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized te make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ResolUtion was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the lOth .day of July , 19 8__5,
