CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDS
FOR A HANDICAPPED ACCESS PROGRAM IN THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Approval of Amendment.
The Amendment entitled "Amendment to Agreement to Provide Funds for
a Handicapped Access Program in the City of South San Francisco" which extends
the term of that certain Agreement from July 1, 1985 to June 30, 1986, between
the County of San Mateo and the City of South San Francisco is hereby approved,
and a copy of said Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
2. Execution of Amendment.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement
on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lOth day of July , 1985, by the following

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR A HANDICAPPED ACCESS PROGRAM
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State
CaUfornia, that
~/HEREAS, the County of San Mateo desires to provide Community Developme
Block Grant ~unds for a Handicapped Access Program in the City of South San Franc~
and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has entered into a Cooperafi
Agreement with the County establishing the formal relationship to cooperate and (
participate in the County's Housing and Community Development Block Grant progra
and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the County have previously enter
into an Agreement, dated October 2, 19~, for the purpose o! providin8 ~unds tar
Handicapped Access Prosraml and
WHEREAS, there has been presented tc tt,L~ Board o! Supervisors for.~
consideration and acceptance an amendment to an agreement for provision of Cour
HCD funds for a Handicapped Access Program in the City o! South San FrancL~
reference to which is hereby made ~or full particulars, and the Board of Supervisors h
examined and approved the same as to ~orm and content and desires to enter into same
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the CI~

THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, entered into this 20th day Ol August
1985, between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision o! the Stat~ o!
California, hereinafter referred to as **County'* and the CITY OF SOUTH 5AN
FRANCISCO, a duly
referred to as "City".

WlTNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the County and City have previously entered Into an Agreement to
Provide County Funds tot a Handicapped Access Program, dated October 2, 19g~; and
WHEREAS, the County and City desire to amend certain terms o! said Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 2 is deleted and is s~bstituted with the tollowing~ ..
2. Contract Terms This contract shall commence on 3uly 1, 19g~, and s~hall
terminate on 3une 30, 1986.
All other terms and conditions remain as originally set Iorth.
