A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR LIQUID CHLORINE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 1st day of
July , 19 85 , for
LIQUID CHLORINE
· NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Jones Chemicals, Inc., 985 Montaque Expressway,
Milpitas, California 95035
for the bid price of One Hundred Eighty Seven and no/lO0 Dollars

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the lOth day of July , 1985 ,
