A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR CUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES
BID #1672
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 1st day of
July , 19 85 , for
CUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Tamaras Supply Inc., San Francisco, CA.
'for the bid price of Sixteen lhousand Six Hundred and 76/100 Dollars
{$16.600.76 )-
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to'make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council 'of the City of South San Francisco at
