A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
MISSION-EVERGREEN STORM DRAI.NAGE
IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. SD-81-2A
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS; pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly, opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of
July , 19 85 , for
MI'SSION-EVERGREEN STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS,
PROJECT NO. SD-81-2A
NOW; THEREFORE', IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1~ That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned', and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder; .Manual..C. Jardim,. Inc. of Union City, California
for the bid prfce of Twent~ Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Dollars
($ 29,3i5.00 ). -'
--' 2; That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City:
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 14th day of August , 19 85 ,
