CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING GATEWAY BOULEVARD
TO BE IN THE FEDERAL-AID URBAN SYSTEM
WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of Transportation under
the Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U.S. Code), the City of South San Francisco
with the concurrence of the California Department of Transportation, has been
designated to select a Federal-Aid Urban System in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. This Council concurs in and approves Gateway Boulevard as graphically
shown on Exhibit "A" and as designated in Exhibit "B,"attached hereto and hereby
made a part of this resolution, as an addition to the Federal-Aid Urban System
eligible for Federal-Aid in the City of South San Francisco, State of California,
subject to the concurrence of the California Department of Transportation and
approval of the Federal Highway Administration.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 14th day of August , 1985, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teqlia
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Richard A. Halley
