A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL FRAME
AND ~INDO~$S AT CENTRAL FIRE STATION
PROJECT NO. PB-83-10
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San FranciSco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly.opened', examined and declared on the 2nd. day of
July ..... , 19 85 , for
REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL FRAME AND WINDOWS AT CENTRAL FIRE
STATION, PROJECT NO. PB-83-10
NOW, THEREFORE~ IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1~ That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned~ and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, South ~ity Glass of South ~an _F~anni~-~rp, ......

for the bid price of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Eight polla~s
($16,938.00 ).
--- 2~ That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City~
