BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the

WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, S & C Motors, San Francisco, CA 94118
for the bid price of
44/100 pollars,

Sevent~-two Thnusand, F~ve Hundred Twenty-five and
2. That ~the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
