CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
Municipal Services Building Expansion Project
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and ~ublished notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 15th day of
August , 19 85 , for
Municipal Services Building Expansion Project
PR-85-2

1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Nibbi Bros. Inc., of San Francisco
for the bid price of Three. H~ndred and Eight.v-Four Thousand, ~hre~ N,ndr~d
and Sixty-One Dollars
($ 384,361 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-'
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a ~egLlar meeting held on the 28th day of August , 19 85..,
