A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1984-85 SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. ST-84-3
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 19thday of
March _, 1985 , for
1984-85 SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM, PROJECT NO. ST-84-3
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
!. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Valley Slurry Seal of Sacramento, CA
for the bid priCe of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Four Hundr~d~iqhtv Seven
Dollars and Sixty Nine Cents _
{$ 256,487.69 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract'with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seat of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of'South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the lOth day of ~pril , 1985 _,
