A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AIRCRAFT NOISE
INSULATION PROGRAM, PROJ.#PB-83-5
-- 12 RESIDENCES -- BID #1655
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened' examined and declared on the 5th day of

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. PB-83-5 -- 12 RESIDENCES -- BID #1655
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1 That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Murnig & Sons of Mi!l Valley

Sixty-six Cents

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
