A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AIRCRAFT NOISE
INSULATION PROGRAM, PROJ.#PB-83-5

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened' examined and declared on the 27th day of
March , 1985 , for
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. PB-83-5 -- ST VERONICA'S SCHOOL -- BID#1659
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Postech, Inc. of Belmont
for the b~ price of One Hundred Five Thousand~ Two Hundred Ten DOllars and
No Cents
($ 105,21~.0_0
2~ That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into-a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said-l~ity is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate-seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
