A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
THE LUX-CALIFORNIA-PINE STORM DRAIN
SYSTEM, PHASE I, PROJECT NO. SD-83-8
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 4th day of
June , 1985~ , for
THE LUX-CALIFORNIA-PINE STORM DRAIN SYSTEM, PHASE I, PROJECT NO. SD-83-8
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Kennellv Construction of Coln~
for the bid price of Two Hundred Nipe~¥ ThousaQd, One Hundred Ninety Dollars
and No Cents.
($290~190.00 ~ ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularl~ intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the .12~ day of June , 19 85,
