CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 4th day of
June , 1985 , for
THE RODENT'CONTROL PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Bay Pest Control of San Mateo
for the bid price of
Ninety-Five Cents.
($11,718.95 ).
Eleven-Thousand, Seven H~dred Fi~tpPn Dollars and
2. That the City Manager of said City is .hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seat of the City.
I'hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 12th day of June , 19 8~ ,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nico!opulOs; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
