CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR
ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES (PM-85-225)
"P.S. BUSINESS PARK"
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map 'P.S. Business Park,' Being a Sub-
division of the Lands Conveyed to Public Storage Properties XI, LTD., dated
April 12, 1984 in Recorders Series No. 84038985, San Mateo County Records,
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," dated March 1985, prepared
by Plummer & Babbitt Civil Engineering, has been approved by the Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco Parcel
"B" for roadway and utility purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. ~33_e3tance of Dedication. The dedication of Parcel "B" as shown on said
Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the
City's acceptance thereof for roadway and utility purposes.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause record-
ation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. ~33ies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the Recorded Parcel Map shall
be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk,
(2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of June , 1985, by the following
vote:
