CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR
STORM DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
COUNTRY CLUB PARK NO. 5 .(_P_M_~8_3_-_2_1_2]~_
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map of Country Club Park No. 5, South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, California, Being a Resubdivision of the Lands
Described in the Deeds Conveyed to Louis J. Poletti and Natalia J. Poletti,
Husband and Wife, Described in Deeds Recorded in Volume 6422 at Page 579, Volume
6438 at Page 439 and Volume 6438 at Page 441, and Recorder's Instrument No.
84009182 Official Records of San Mateo County," dated January, 1985, prepared
by Louis Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, has been approved by the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco an ease-
ment for storm drainage and sanitary sewer purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Acceptance of Dedication. The dedication of the portion of property as
shown on said Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to
certify the City's acceptance thereof for storm drainange and sanitary sewer
purposes.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause record-
ation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. _C_o_pies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the Recorded Parcel Map shall
be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk,
(2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a_ r~lar
meeting held on the l?th day of _June _____, 1985, by the following
