CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
PARADISE VALLEY LIGHTING PROJECT
PROJECT NO. PR-84-4
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 7th day of
January , 19 85 , for
PARADISE VALLEY LIGHTING PROJECT - PROJECT NO. PR-84-4
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Coast Electric of Redwood City, California
for the bid price of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars
($ 16,179.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of January , 19 85 ,
by the-following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta gerrl leglia
