CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF' CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
0~2, 1984-85 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, on June 27,.1984, the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco adopted the 1984-85 Operating Budget; and
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1984, the City of South San Francisco
had $94,610 of encumbrances outstanding from the 1983~84 O~erating
Budget approved by the City Council on October 19, 1983; and
WHEREAS, said encumbrances, which were reflected in the
form of purchase orders, were for goods and services which have not
been completely provided, or for services which have not yet been
rendered by June 30, 1984; and
WHEREAS, it is expected that the entire $94,610 worth of
unfilled purchase orders will be delivered in fiscal year 1984-85,
and will be allocated to various departments and programs in the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco hereby approves appropriation in
the amount of Ninety-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Ten Dollars ($94,610)
to pay for goods and services encumbered fiscal year 1983-84, but to
be paid for in fiscal year 1984-85.
I hereby certify that t~e foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on this 23rd day
of January , 1985, by the following vote:
