CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A THREE YEAR EXTENSION TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC., TO
ADMINISTER AND PROCESS PARKING CITATIONS FOR
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, as well as many other jurisdictions in San
Mateo County have been well served by the current parking citation processing contract with
Turbo Data Systems, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the current contract expires on June 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the current contract has an option to extend the terms of the contract for an
additional three years with no increase in cost, and allows an increase in the credit card
convenience fee from $3.00 to $3.95 paid by users of this service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorized the City Manager to execute an extended
agreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8 day of
June 2011 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego and Pedro Gonzalez,
Vice Mayor Richard A. Garbarino and Mayor Kevin Mullin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Karyl Matsumoto
