A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT'

INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT

BE IT RESOLVED by the citYi. Council of the City of South san Francisco
that:
WHEREAS,'pursuant to previous ~btho~ization and published not~ce,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 14th day'of
January , 1985 , for
HICKEy & JUNIPERO SERRA BLVDS. INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Anza Enqineering Corp.. of R~dwn~d City
for the bid price of
No Cents.
($27,303.00 ).
Twenty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Three Dollars and
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 13th day of E~bruary , 1~5 ~,
