CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
A STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT AS SHOWN
ON PARCEL MAP NO. 84-214 (MANTEGANI)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Acceptance of Storm Drainage Easement.
The dedication of a Storm Drainage Easement on the portion of property as
shown on Parcel Map No. 84-214, the Parcel Map, being a Resubdivision of Lands
Recorded by Deeds in Series No. 84025384 and Series No. 84012121 of Official
Records of the County of San Mateo, and a Resubdivision of Lot 29 of Hillside
Estates Subdivision recorded in Book 105 of Maps at Page 4, in the County of San
Mateo, California, dated December 1984, prepared by James R. Rowell, Civil
Engineer, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance thereof for storm drainage purposes.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said Map
in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 27th day of February , 1985, by the following
vote:
