CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING CHAPTER I OF THE MASTER
FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, THE City Council wishes to adopt certain fees for processing and
issuance by the Police Department of identification cards for Card Room Operators
and employees, and permits for the conduct of Bingo games within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the fees chargeable for animal
control service within the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the costs to provide the foregoing
services, including estimated costs, and the revenue sources anticipated to pro-
vide said services, including general fund revenues;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City Council does hereby adopt the fees for processing and issuance
by the Police Department of identification cards for Card Room Operators and
employees and for issuance of permits to conduct Bingo Games within the City of
South San Francisco and the fees for providing animal control service within the
City of South San Francisco as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein as though set forth verbatim.
2. The Director of Finance is hereby directed to amend the Master Fee Schedule
of the City of South San Francisco to reflect the fees set forth in Exhibit "A"
hereto.
3. All resolutions inconsistent with the Master Fee Schedule amendments
adopted herein are repealed to the extent that said prior resolutions are
inconsistent with same. In all other respects, said prior resolutions are hereby
reaffirmed.
4. Severability. If any sentence, clause, phrase or other portion of this
resolution or of the Master Fee Schedule established hereby is for any reason to
be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this resolution or of the Ma~ter Fee
Schedule. The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted this reso-
lution and established the Master Fee Scedule and each sentence, clause phrase
or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more sentences, clauses,
phrases or portions thereof be declared unconstitutional or invalid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 27th day of February , 1985, by the following
vote:
