HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3863-1964RESOLUTION NO. 3863 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE A CERTAIN PARCEL BOUNDED BY WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD ON THE NORTH, SAN BRUNO CITY LIMIT LINES ON THE SOUTH, JUNIPERO SERRA BOULEVARD ON THE EAST AND WEST- BOROUGH UNIT NO. 3 ON THE WEST SO AS TO ZONE SAID PARCEL RESTRICTED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR R-3 DISTRICT AND ORDERING ENDORSEMENTS AFFIXED TO SAID REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION WfDtREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco has duly filed its report and recommendation to rezone a certain parcel bounded by Westborough Boulevard on the North, San Bruno City Limit Lines on the South, Junipero Serra Boulevard on the East and Westborough Unit No. 3 on the West so as to zone said parcel Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or R-3 District after hearings and pro- cedures in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California and relevant ordinances of the City of South San Francisco, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco after hearing duly conducted as required by law, desires to approve said report and recommendation and endorses same to show that it has been adopted by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco to wit: to rezone a certain parcel bounded by Westborough Boulevard on the North, San Bruno City Limit Lines on the South, Junipero Serra Boulevard on the East and Westborough Unit No. 3 on the West so as to zone said parcel Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or R-3 District and orders the endorsement of said report and recommendation by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco whose signature shall be attested to by the City Clerk to evidence that said report and recommendation has been adopted by the City Council. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a held this 17bh day of Februar~v following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT, " regular meeting , 19 64, by the Patrick E.
