CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
RECOMMENDATION AND REPORT TO REZONE A CERTAIN
PARCEL DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF TRACT 89 MAP
F367, 1.50 ACRES, ACREAGE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO;
MAP BOOK 11 BLOCK 321 PARCEL 02 SANMATEO COUNTY
ASSESSOR'S MAPS 1963-64 AND ORDERING ENDORSEMENTS
AFFIXED TO SAID REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South
San Francisco has duly filed its report and recommendation
to rezone a certain parcel described as a portion of Tract
89 Map F367, 1.50 Acres, Acreage South San Francisco; Map
Book 11 Bloc~ 321 Parcel 02 San Mateo County Assessor's
Maps 1963-64 after hearings and procedures in accordance
with the Government Code of the State of California and
relevant ordinances of the City of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco after hearing duly conducted as required by law,
desires to approve said report and recommendation and endorses
same to show that it has been adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve the report
and recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
South San Francisco to wit: to rezone a certain parcel des-
cribed as a portion of Tract 89 Map F367, 1.50 Acres, Acreage
South San Francisco; Map Book 11 Block 321 Parcel 02 San Mateo
County Assessor's Maps 1963-64, and orders the endorsement of
said report and recommendation by the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco whose signature shall be attested to by
the City Clerk to evidence that said report and recommendation
has been adopted by the City Council.
· I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this lIbh day of Februarw ,
