CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
RESCINDING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
COUNTY AND CITY WHICH FIXED COMPENSATION
FOR ASSESSING AND COLLECTING TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement
between the County of San Mateo and the City of South San
Francisco which rescinds a prior Agreement between said
County and City fixing compensation to the County for
assessing and collecting taxes is hereby authorized, and
the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
