CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING MICHAEL T. HIGGINS OF
TROOP #80 OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR OBTAINING
THE BOY SCOUTS' EAGLE AWARD
WHEREAS, Michael T. Higgins, a member of Troop #80,
has, through his efforts, earned the Eagle Award, and
..WHEREAS, the City Council .of the City of South San
Francisco desires to commend him.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby recognize and
commend Michael T. Higgins of Troop #80 for earning the
Eagle Award.
