CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INDENTURE WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
PERMITTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER
PIPE ON RAILROAD PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of an indenture between
Southern Pacific Company and the City of South San Francisco,
wherein Southern Pacific Company grants to City the right to
construct, reconstruct, maintain and operate an 8" sewer pipe
beneath the tracks and property of Railroad at or near Baden
in the County of San Mateo, State of California, crossing the
center line of said tracks at ES-855~64, is hereby authorized,
and the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute said in-
denture on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attests his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
regular meeting
