CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE ACQUISITION
OF PROPERTY SOLD FOR TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The following parcels of property sold for taxes to
the State of California be acquired:

2. That the City of South San Francisco be authorized to
execute an agreement to purchase said tax deeded land, said
agreement to be with the County of San Mateo and the State of
California, which shall be executed by the Mayor of the City
of South San Francisco and attested to by the City Clerk.
3. That the City Clerk draft a warrant in the amount of
$ 6.00 plus the cost of advertising for the pur-
pose of said acquisition and forward same t° the County Tax
Collector of San Mateo County in payment of said acquisition

been herein authorized.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
