CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SEWER SERVICES TO
HOLY CROSS CEMETERY
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of an agreement
between the Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco,
a California corporation sole (which owns and operates
Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, San Mateo County, California)
and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City
shall execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the
City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
